We process the personal data that we have collected via Google Analytics taking into account the legitimate interests in making the website work, for statistics and for marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

2. Storage of your personal data – personal data policy
Procurement Executives ApS’s personal data policy stores your personal information until the customer relationship has ended and the limitation periods in the Limitation Act have expired. The storage of personal data also takes place in compliance with Procurement Executives ApS’ obligations to store personal data and personal data in accordance with accounting and bookkeeping legislation.
Procurement Executives ApS only stores your personal information for its original purpose and as explicitly stated when requesting personal data. 5. Policy for deletion of personal data
Your personal data will be stored until it is no longer necessary to store the information in relation to the purpose of collection and processing. Deletion of data applies both to electronic data and to printed data. Personal data included in accounting documents will not be deleted.

As a customer, employee or business partner at Procurement Executives, you always have the right to have your personal data deleted whenever you wish. You can request this by contacting us at Frank@Procurement-Executives.com. Deletion of your data takes place no later than 1 month after your inquiry, taking into account the Bookkeeping Act.

6. Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency about personal data policy
You have the right at any time to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency about Procurement Executives ApS’ processing of your personal data. However, you should always first contact Procurement Executives ApS if you believe Procurement Executives ApS has processed your personal data in violation of the personal data regulation.
